Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
✔ Product received is damaged or defective
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product is missing parts or accessories

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions

Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

Proper unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for return requests.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Hygiene-sensitive medical disposables (if opened)
Return Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Share order details along with images/videos of the issue.

Our team will verify and approve the return request.

Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
