At Alis Pro, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch; however, if you face any issues, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    ✔ Product received is damaged or defective
    ✔ Wrong product delivered
    ✔ Product is missing parts or accessories

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proper unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Hygiene-sensitive medical disposables (if opened)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share order details along with images/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
