TheraBand Rocker Balance Board is a highly specialized and innovative invention developed by the Theraband Company  in the United States. It is designed to enhance core strength and improve balance. The Rocker Board is equipped with two parallel bars for front-to-back or side-to-side balance training, while the Wobble Board has a rounded bottom  for 360-degree balance.

Made of black molded plastic, it has specially designed bumps on the top to improve balance sensation. The  Wobble Board and Rocker Board have a non-slip bottom to increase safety and prevent the board from slipping during training. Black molded plastic grooved surface allows for a secure stand. 

 An anti-slip bottom prevents the board from sliding during use. 

 360 degree instability allows for  more challenging balance training than  rocker boards.
